The hierarchy has a number of properties gathered on the Hierarchy Settings page. To open this page, click the Settings tab in the toolbar.
The Hierarchy Settings page opens:
The properties are as follows:
1 Settings - The current tab open, showing various settings for managing the hierarchy.
2 Hierarchy Name - The name given to the hierarchy being managed. Edit the name by clicking inside the field.
3 Hierarchy Company - The company associated with the hierarchy.
4 Schema - The schema of the hierarchy in the underlying database.
5 Hub - Specifies the hub that the hierarchy belongs to.
6 Table - The table assigned to the hierarchy in the underlying database.
7 Contact Database - Determines which contact database is associated with this hierarchy.
8 Relation - The relation of the hierarchy in the underlying database.
9 End User List - The end user list assigned to this hierarchy.
10 End User Node Assignments - Toggle to enable or disable the assignment of end users to hierarchy nodes.
11 Hierarchy Editing by End Users - Toggle to enable or disable the ability of end users to edit the hierarchy structure.
12 Import/Export for End Users - Allows for importing or exporting end users related to this hierarchy.
13 Access to Unassigned Contacts for End Users - Allows end users with node permissions to access unassigned contacts.
14 Contacts Editing by End Users - Specifies whether end users can edit contact details within the hierarchy.
15 Node Attributes Editing by End Users - Defines if end users are allowed to edit node attributes in the hierarchy.
16 Role - The name of a role in the hierarchy. Edit the name by clicking inside the field. This also applies to other added roles.
17 Delete Role - Allows you to remove the role from the hierarchy by clicking the trash icon.
18 Add Role - Click this button to add a new role to the hierarchy structure.
